Job Description

Role : Assistant General Manager - Finance & Accounts

Location : Gati Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd, Head Office, Gurgaon Role Scope : The position will be a key member of the core finance team, responsible for capital budgeting, fund raising (debt / equity), financial monitoring of projects and post commission of financial engineering.

Experience : Age not more than 35years, with an experience of min 5 years, in a position reporting to CFO / equivalent. Exposure in budgeting, costing, corporate laws and governance issues.

Qualification : 1) CA / CPA / ICWA OR 2) B Com Hons. with MBA Finance from premier institute. OR 3)Engineering with MBA Finance and from Project Finance / Investment Banking background.

Industry Background : Power Sector preferred not a limitation Reports to : Director Finance Technical Deliverables : Balance Sheet Analysis Management Accounts Financial Modeling Documentation required for Project Financing Presentations to Board on need basis. Responsible to look into various aspects of tendering and day to day contract management. Ensure effective site management and handling of all emergency situations at site. Ensure safety and compliance management across site. Effective handling of all environment clearance related issues.
