The family members include spouse, dependent parents & two children. Personal Accident Insurance: All the employees are covered under Personal Accident Policy. The policy covers Death Benefit to the employees. Life Insurance Coverage: Life Insurance Coverage has been provided to all the employees as part of the welfare measure.

This helps them keep track of the benefits they are eligible for. Changes in any policy is put on intranet. The policies are also communicated through HR meets. Employee referral scheme – HR will put up the requirements of the organization on the intranet, Resourcing and Recruitment Module. Based on the same, employees can refer the candidates. They can also refer the candidates, not withstanding the notified requirements. If referred candidate is selected, the employee who had referred the candidate will be eligible for the Employee Referral Gift. Grievance redressal cell – Employees with a genuine work-related grievance may file their complaints with their immediate superior. If the employee is not satisfied with the decision, he may seek redressal from the zonal/functional head. If the matter is still unresolved, the employee may bring the grievance to the attention of the zonal HR Head/ Manager – Human Relations.
